1. Refund Policy for Chair Usage
- Once a massage session has started, it cannot be refunded.
- If a payment fails or the chair malfunctions before the session begins, please contact support@masaz.in with details, and we will process a 100% refund within 5–7 business days.
2. Refund for Partners
- Partners with signed agreements are eligible for refunds only as per contract terms.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
