Masaz provides free delivery, installation, and maintenance of massage chairs at partner locations.
Partners need not bear any shipping or logistics costs.
2. For Customers
Our service is experience-based, not product-based — we do not ship chairs to customers.
Massage chairs are available for use at authorized Masaz partner locations.
3. Delivery Timeline
Once a partnership agreement is signed, installation is typically completed within 7–10 business days depending on location and site readiness.
4. Service Coverage
Masaz currently operates across major cities in India. Additional regions will be added as we expand.
